Twenty-two years in residential construction, with personal involvement in over 800 home builds, including 200 in a single year at a prior role. Mark founded 44 North Homes around a simple idea: the people designing and pricing your home are the same ones swinging the hammer, and every number is open to the client. He believes a home is an expression of who lives in it, not just bricks and mortar.
Theresa
Theresa brings hundreds of home sales and a deep understanding of new construction to every client she works with. She knows the market, the build process, and what it takes to guide someone through one of the biggest decisions they will make. From lot selection through closing, Theresa simplifies the complex, communicates clearly, and makes sure clients feel confident at every stage. Licensed realtor, State of Oregon.
Kris
Kris guides every project from earliest concepts through finishing touches. As both project manager and in-house designer, he keeps the design vision and the construction process aligned. That means fewer handoffs between teams, clearer communication, and faster decisions. With a strong eye for design and a practical sense for how things get built, Kris helps each home come together with both creativity and structure.
Jadelynn
Jade keeps projects organized and moving forward. She handles day-to-day coordination, supports communication between the team and clients, and brings energy and attention to detail to every part of the build. She is especially interested in the design side and enjoys watching each home come together from concept to completion. Her job is to make sure clients feel supported, informed, and looked after throughout the process.
